Therapy with Jodie
Hello, and welcome to my practice! My name is Jodie and I am passionate about helping others transform their lives through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
My personal experiences of anxiety has shown me the profound impact this therapy can have, as it can address the vital connection between the mind and body. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or unhelpful thinking patterns, CBT can help you develop practical tools to manage difficulties and improve your wellbeing.

I provide online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for adults living in England and across the UK. Online CBT offers the same evidence-based, effective support as in-person therapy, with the flexibility to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home.

Empowering change through CBT

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a practical, collaborative approach that helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours are connected. By learning to spot unhelpful thought patterns and replace them with more balanced, constructive ones, CBT empowers individuals to navigate challenges with greater confidence and clarity. It’s a warm, supportive, and skills-focused therapy that gives you tools you can use long after sessions end—helping you build healthier habits, reduce stress, and create lasting positive change in your everyday life.
Integrated CBT and somatic therapy combines evidence-based cognitive strategies with body-centred awareness to support lasting change. While Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) helps identify and reshape unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, somatic therapy gently brings attention to physical sensations, nervous system responses, and stored stress in the body.
Together, these methods address both the mind and body, helping you to not only understand your experiences but also feel safer, more grounded, and more regulated in daily life. This integrative process supports healing at a deeper level—especially for stress, anxiety, trauma, and emotional overwhelm—by creating change that is both practical and embodied.
