Trauma-Focused Therapy: Online CBT & EMDR
Hello, and welcome to my practice! My name is Jodie and I am passionate about helping others transform their lives through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
My personal experiences of anxiety has shown me the profound impact this therapy can have, as it can address the vital connection between the mind and body. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, or unhelpful thinking patterns, CBT can help you develop practical tools to manage difficulties and improve your wellbeing.
I provide online Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and EMDR for adults living in Cornwall and Devon, across the UK and wider Europe. Online CBT/EMDR offers the same evidence-based, effective support as in-person therapy, with the flexibility to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Empowering change through CBT & EMDR

Invest in Your Mental Wellbeing
Taking time to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the challenges you may be facing. Therapy provides a supportive, non-judgemental space to reflect, make sense of difficulties, and create meaningful change.
Through Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), you'll learn to identify and understand patterns of thinking and behaviour that influence how you feel and respond to life's challenges. As a BABCP-accredited CBT therapist, I use evidence-based approaches to help you develop practical skills for lasting emotional wellbeing. For those experiencing the effects of trauma, I also offer Trauma-Focused CBT, a specialised approach that helps individuals process traumatic experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and rebuild a sense of safety and confidence.
In addition, I offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based therapy that can help process distressing memories and unresolved experiences, allowing you to move forward when difficult emotions or past events continue to impact your life.
